Monday night, approximately 10:15 pm, Conroe Police Officers, Narcotics Investigators, and members of the Conroe Police SWAT Team responded to a narcotics call in the 1100 block of Peach Street. Patrol officers received information that known narcotics dealers were at a residence on Peach Street and that there was crack cocaine inside the residence. Narcotics Investigators were able to obtain a narcotics search warrant for the residence. Upon serving the warrant, five persons were located either inside the residence or immediately outside the residence.
Further investigation revealed approximately twenty-three grams of crack cocaine. Three females were released at the scene without charges. One male who complained of chest pain was transported to a local hospital for observation. One male was arrested.
Andre Crecy, 51, was charged with one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver, Felony 1st degree. Crecy was also arrested on an existing Federal Arrest Warrant for the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (no bond). The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
