Late Friday afternoon Kyle Conley, 28, of Kingwood was traveling northbound on FM 3083 at a high rate of speed. Conroe Police say witnesses say he was weaving in and out of traffic. As he approached Butler Road a dump truck that was westbound on Butler possibly did not see the Kawasaki motorcycle at the high rate of speed and pulled out. The motorcycle struck the dump truck killing the driver. Conroe Police continue the investigation. No charges are expected.
