HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman is proud to announce that the new Accident Team processing structure is now operational in the 23800 block of Tomball Parkway.

This facility will be utilized by the Constable’s Office Accident Investigation Team to assist in the processing and investigation of fatal crashes, providing a secure and dedicated space to conduct detailed examinations, preserve evidence, and support the investigative process.

The completion of this structure reinforces the Constable’s Office commitment to professional crash investigation, evidence integrity, and public safety — ensuring investigators have the resources necessary to thoroughly examine serious incidents and provide accurate findings.
