HARRIS COUNTY, TX- Today, Constable Mark Herman’s Office joined Houston City Council Member Willie Davis, Mayor John Whitmire, Crime Stoppers of Houston, local faith leaders, community members, and fellow law enforcement agencies to announce a new initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between law enforcement, faith leaders, and community stakeholders. The initiative will focus on addressing growing concerns surrounding violent crime, particularly incidents involving juvenile-aged individuals.
