HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On January 17, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the 14700 block of Yellow Begonia Dr. in reference to reported credit card abuse. The complainant said their credit card was taken from their mailbox.
Further investigation revealed the unidentified suspect then made unauthorized credit card transactions on the victim’s account totaling around $1,000. Investigators believe the suspect may be involved in a rash of mailbox incidents throughout the Cypress area. The images provided were obtained from store security video.
“If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” Constable Mark Herman said.
