HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 15, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Kensington Crossing Apartments, located at 14651 Philippines Street, in reference to an assault.
Upon arrival, the investigation revealed that the suspect forced entry into an apartment and assaulted the complainant before fleeing the scene on foot.
Video surveillance captured the suspect, who is described as a Black male, older in appearance, wearing a maroon Nike polo shirt and gray pants.
“If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement immediately. (HC 2510-02164),” Constable Mark Herman said.
