HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On July 13, around 5 p.m., Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a shoplifting call at the Ulta Beauty Store in the 19500 block of I-45. Upon Deputies arrival, Ulta Loss Prevention said two women entered the store and stole over $400 worth of designer fragrances before fleeing with their loot.
Security video captured the suspects’ images. They’re described as black women. The younger suspect allegedly used her baby to conceal merchandise, and the older woman took merchandise and stashed it in her purse.
“If you have any information regarding the identity of these suspects, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” Constable Mark Herman said.
