In preparation for the 4th of July holiday, Constable Mark Herman’s Office has launched a special Operations Plan aimed at identifying intoxicated and reckless drivers in Harris County Precinct 4. The mission: prevent major accidents caused by excessive speed and impaired driving.
This zero-tolerance operation will run throughout the holiday weekend.

• Designate a sober driver
• Use a cab or rideshare service
• Take the keys from impaired drivers
• Make smart, responsible decisions
