Over the past several weeks, participants got an inside look at the many different roles within the Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office — from Patrol and Civil Service to Narcotics, K9, Water Rescue, and more. The Citizen’s Constable Academy is designed to promote “Understanding through Education,” helping build stronger connections between law enforcement and the community they serve.
