CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On February 25, 2026, a sergeant with Constable Mark Herman’s Office allegedly saw a man exposing himself in front of a dental office in the 13400 block of Cutten Road.

Deputies quickly detained the suspect, who was identified as Reginald Gabriel.

“Reginald Gabriel was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Indecent Exposure. His bond was set at $100 by County Court 12,” Constable Mark Herman said.
