On September 24, 2018 deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 11600 block of Standing Pine Drive in reference to a male suspect breaking into a vehicle. Upon deputies arriving they quickly located and detained the suspect who was identified as Wahaj Usama.
Further investigation revealed that Wahaj Usama made forced entry into a Tomball Police Department patrol vehicle and stole items from within the vehicle. All stolen property was recovered and returned to the officer.
Wahaj Usama was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $2,000.00 out of County Court 01.”- Constable Mark Herman
