On August 27, 2019, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Shell Gas Station located in the
17000 block of Timber Forest Drive in reference to a suspected drunk driver. Upon deputies arriving, they identified
the driver as Theresa Mir, who displayed several signs of intoxication.
Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was discovered she was driving while intoxicated. She
refused to provide a breath or blood specimen. A Constable Deputy was able to get a warrant for a blood specimen.
“Theresa Mir was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. Her bond
was set at $100.00 out of County Court 06.” – Constable Mark Herman
