CONSTABLES ARREST VEHICLE BURGLARY SUSPECTS IN THE TURTLE LAKE SUBDIVSION

On July 10, 2018, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle in the 9300 block of Spanish Mill Drive for driving without headlights on. The driver and passenger were identified as Cory Welborn and Christopher Perez.

During the course of the traffic stop, Constable Deputies found the suspects to be in possession of stolen property. Further investigation revealed the suspects had just burglarized numerous vehicles in the area. All of the stolen property was recovered and returned to the rightful owners.

“Cory Welborn and Christopher Perez were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. They each received a $2,000.00 bond out of County Court 10.”
