SPRING, TX- On January 5, a deputy with Pct.4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a welfare check in the 6400 block of Meadowtrace Drive after receiving a report that a male in a backyard may have been injured.
During the investigation, deputies identified the individual as Jimmie Tullos. Further inquiry revealed that Tullos had an active warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon issued through Texas Pardons and Paroles.
The warrant was confirmed, and Tullos was taken into custody without incident.
Tullos was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail on the outstanding warrant. Bond and court information have not been set at this time.
