Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office, responsible for the part of Harris County adjacent to South Montgomery County, is requesting assistance in identifying this lady so she can be reunited with family. She was found in the 17100 block of Butte Creek in the Ponderosa neighborhood, but doesn’t have ID on her and hasn’t been able to tell anyone where she lives.
There’s no way of knowing where her journey started or how she wound up there. Constable Herman hopes someone will see photos and come forward.
