On June 6, 2018 a deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1200 block of West FM 1960. During the course of the traffic stop, Constable Deputies identified the driver as Edward Roper. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Dallas, Texas.
“Edward Roper was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 208th District Court.” – Constable Mark Herman
