One June 22, 2018, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s office responded to the Excesior at the park Apartments located in the 14400 block of Ella Boulevard in reference to an armed robbery. Upon deputies arriving, multiple complainants reported that armed gunmen forced their way into their apartment, held them at gunpoint and stole multiple items from within the residence before fleeing the location on foot.
Constable Deputies conducted a thorough investigation by reviewing surveillance video captured by the apartment complex, collected evidence left at the scene and interviewed each victim to gather full details of the suspects.
With the assistance of the Houston Police Department and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Constable Deputies were able to identify the suspects in this case as Demetre Robinson, Juhmere Fletcher, and Marshell Warren and Robernae Nicholas and obtained warrants for their arrest. All suspects have been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and received No Bond out of the 179th District Court.
“A female juvenile was arrested in connection with this case and was charged with Burglary of a Habitation with Intent to Commit a Felony. Demetre Robinson, Juhmere Fletcher, and Marshell Warren and Robernae Nicholas are currently wanted and should be considered armed and dangerous.
