Correa, a contractor operating in the Houston area, has been subject to numerous legal actions due to alleged business misconduct. His construction company faces lawsuits and default judgments exceeding half a million dollars, with one client, a 92-year-old woman, reportedly losing $30,000. The bond for his release has been set at $1 million.
