Back in January Nathan Paul Freeman was arrested after he attempted to steal a big-screen television from Walmart in Montgomery. He was facing a misdemeanor charge of theft. However, due to prior theft cases, it was enhanced to a State Jail Felony. Last Monday Freeman had his day in court. Freeman who was out on bond left the courthouse as the jury deliberated his case. When the jury returned he was contacted by his attorney Tay Bond. Stating he was just down the street, he never returned. On Tuesday he was to return for sentencing. He did not show. Judge Michalk sentenced him to one year in jail. Freeman who is a white male, 5 feet 4 inches and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Freeman’s last known address was 14867 Pine Tree Road in Montgomery. His date of birth is 4/30/86.
