MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On November 9, Deputies and Detectives from Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable’s Office responded to a residence in the Imperial Oaks Subdivision in Spring in reference to a wanted felon possibly on location. Deputies were told wanted suspect 32-year-old Patrick Sebree-Scott of Webster, was not there. However, Deputies then saw Sebree-Scott walking away from the area and arrested him for multiple outstanding felony warrants.
Deputies returned the residence again to speak with 35-year-old Tara Piccione about harboring a wanted fugitive. Deputies were invited into the residence, where narcotics were in plain view. A subsequent residential search warrant led to the discovery of methamphetamine and powder, believed to be Fentanyl in the same room with a 15-month-old child.
Tara Piccione was arrested for Harboring a Fugitive, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Endangering a Child. Additional charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance were filed on Patrick Sebree-Scott.
The 15-month-old was released to family after the Texas Department of Family Protective Services was notified. Patrick Sebree-Scott and Tara Piccione were transported to the Montgomery County Jail.
