MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- Before dawn Saturday, Magnolia Police Department initiated a traffic stop on Magnolia Blvd / FM 1774. They say the driver, a woman named Castle Brown, had lots of checks and credit cards in the vehicle. That’s not a crime, unless those items belong to someone else, who doesn’t know you have them. Magnolia Police say Brown also had mail that wasn’t hers, and she readily admitted she takes the items from people while being paid to clean their houses.
Officers arrested Brown and transported her to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking
Castle Ryan Brown, 34, of Magnolia is charged with second-degree felony Fraudulent Use / Possession of Identifying Information (10 to 50 items). Her bond was set at $10,000.
