HARRIS COUNTY, TX– A man is facing multiple charges after leading Deputies on a brief pursuit and being found in possession of a loaded firearm.

On April 30, 2025, a Deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office attempted to initiate a traffic stop in the 13300 block of Jones Road. The driver of the vehicle refused to stop, prompting a short pursuit.

“Devin Folsom was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon,” said Constable Mark Herman. “His total bond was set at $10,100 out of the 179th District Court and County Court 9.”
