HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday afternoon, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 15200 block of Jones Rd. The driver, 47-year-old Luiz Nunez, allegedly displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Deputies administered a series of Standard Field Sobriety Tests and determined he was intoxicated. The passenger, 25-year-old Hailey Lackey, had an open Felony Warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
“Both suspects were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Luiz Nunez was charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 3. Hailey Lackey was arrested for the open warrant. Her bond was set at $5,000 out of the 180th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
