MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Saturday afternoon, Deputies with Pct. 5 Constable Chris Jones’s Office initiated a traffic stop in the 28700 block of FM 2978. The driver, Jose Garza, had an active warrant from Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles, commonly known as a “blue warrant” for an alleged parole terms violation. Garza also allegedly had cocaine when Deputies stopped him. Pct. 5 Deputies arrested Garza and transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Jose Enrique Garza, 41, of Magnolia is charged with state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram and a “Blue Warrant” which is from the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for an alleged violation. He remains held without bond.
