HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On October 6, 2025, a Pct 4 deputy with Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 4700 block of Champions Landing Drive.
The driver, identified as Guillermo Mendoza, exhibited multiple signs of intoxication. After conducting a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, deputies determined that Mendoza was intoxicated. A subsequent breath test revealed a blood alcohol concentration of 0.268, more than three times the legal limit.
Further investigation showed that Mendoza had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.
“Guillermo Mendoza was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $2,500 out of County Court 9,” Constable Mark Herman said.
