MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On June 5, Deputies with Pct. 3 Constable Ryan Gable’s Office responded to a Forgery/Fraud call in the 3500 block of Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring, where a man reportedly tried to use a fake identification to withdraw funds from the bank.
After confirming the actual account holder was not in the bank, Deputies found the suspect at the gas station next door, where they arrested him and then transported him to the Montgomery County Jail in Conroe for booking.
Robert George McClintock of Houston, 63, is charged with third-degree felony Fraudulent Use / Possession of Identifying Information, with an Elderly Victim. His bond was set at $50,000 on that charge, and the case will be tried in the 9th District Court of Montgomery County before Judge Phil Grant.
McClintock also had what’s known as a “blue warrant” meaning he allegedly violated the terms of his parole.
As of this posting, he remains jailed.
