Cops Say He Gave Fake Names to Avoid Arrest

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday morning, a City of Shenandoah Police Officer noticed a suspicious man in the parking lot of the Super 8 motel, and checked it out. After initially providing several false names, the suspect showed he had several warrants for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by Felon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

After Officers assisted the man with his identity crisis, he was also provided with transportation to Conroe and a stay at the Montgomery County Jail.

Raymundo Salas, Jr. 42, of Huntsville is charged with third-degree felony Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon and state jail felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Penalty Group 1/1-B, less than 1 gram.
