On Tuesday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office met with the complainant who went to a Precinct 4 substation to file a stalking case. The woman said she’d been receiving threatening phone calls, text messages, and emails from a known suspect identified as Nicholas Blackshear.
Further investigation revealed the Blackshear created around 20 email addresses to contact the victim and threatened to harm her family. Evidence shows he also allegedly stalked the woman’s child at a bus stop.
“Nicholas Blackshear was located and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Stalking. His bond was set at $10,000 out of the 230th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
