HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 22100 block of Bridgestone Oak Drive in reference to a hit and run crash. Upon arriving, witnesses told Deputies the suspect fled the crash scene on foot.
Deputies went to the registered address of the suspect’s vehicle and found the suspect standing in his driveway. He evaded Deputies, but was quickly apprehended and identified as Andrew Rehwinkel.
“Andrew Rehwinkel was arrested and booked into the Harris County jail, charged with Fail to Stop and Give Information and Evading on Foot. His total bond was set at $200 out of County Court 6,” Constable Mark Herman said.
