HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On November 6, 2023, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 5000 block of Hickorygate Drive in reference to a disturbance.
After Deputies’ arrival, a man began to actively interfere with their investigation. They warned him several times to stop, but he continued to interfere. He interjected himself into the scene, yelled at the Deputies, drawing their attention away from the disturbance to which they responded. He was quickly detained and identified as 47-year-old Keith Galloway.
“Keith Galloway was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Interfering the Duties of a Public Servant. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
