HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On March 16, 2025, Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to 6000 block of FM 2920 Road to execute a felony warrant on suspect Tomas Rodriguez.

Deputies safely apprehended him. Rodriguez was wanted for two counts of Aggravated Robbery Over 65 or Disabled. The Pct. 4 investigation revealed that on March 9, he walked up to the victims in the 6000 block of FM2920 and asked them if they needed assistance to load groceries into their vehicle, and then he allegedly maced both victims in an attempt to steal their vehicle.

“Tomas Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. His total bond was set at $100,000 out of the 180th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
