HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On June 13, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a suspected drunk driver after finding him asleep at the wheel in a moving lane of traffic in the 6100 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway West.

The driver, identified as 33-year-old Victor Sanchez, showed multiple signs of intoxication after deputies woke him. He was subjected to a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed he was impaired. Deputies obtained a search warrant to determine his blood alcohol concentration. Further investigation revealed Sanchez had two prior DWI convictions.

“Victor Sanchez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for his third offense of Driving While Intoxicated,” Constable Mark Herman said. “At this time, his bond and court information have not been set.”
