SPRING, TX- On Tuesday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 23500 block of I-45. Driver, 26-year-old Christopher Moncada-Perez, allegedly displayed multiple signs of intoxication.
The Deputy administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined Moncada-Perez was intoxicated. A check of his ID revealed the suspect was free on bond for a felony Assault charge. His BAC was found to be 0.166, which is over twice the legal limit.
“Christopher Moncada-Perez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $1,500.00 out of County Court 7,” Constable Mark Herman said.
