HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On July 6, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the Houston Premium Outlets in reference to a possible stolen vehicle at the location. Upon deputies arriving, they found the suspect vehicle, and the driver was identified as Dante Griffin, a convicted felon.
Further investigation revealed the temporary license plate displayed was reported stolen, and he was attempting to flee the scene after stealing over $2,800 worth of women’s underwear from the Calvin Klein store. During a vehicle search, deputies located a loaded gun.
“Dante Griffin was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. His total bond was set at $37,500 out of the 338th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
