HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Thursday Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a report of a male driver, passed out in a vehicle, sitting in a moving lane of traffic in the 3200 block of Wood Creek Lane. Deputies arrived and found the driver was asleep at the wheel.
When Deputies woke him, the man was identified as 59-year-old Troy Dimmick, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Deputies administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and determined Dimmick was intoxicated. Further investigation revealed he had a prior conviction for Driving While Intoxicated.
“Troy Dimmick was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 6,” Constable Mark Herman said.
