HARRIS COUNTY, TX– On October 7, 2025, deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 14800 block of Wunderlich Drive.
During the stop, deputies identified the driver as 30-year-old Leighaunah Guevara, who allegedly displayed multiple signs of intoxication. Inside the vehicle were her four children, including a three-month-old baby.
Deputies administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which determined that Guevara was intoxicated.
“Leighaunah Guevara was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Child Passenger. Her bond was set at $20,000.00 out of the 182nd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
