Cops Say Mr. Rogers Was Driving Drunk in the Neighborhood

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle in the I 1000 block of Grant Road. The driver was identified as Joseph Rogers, who displayed multiple signs of intoxication.

Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated.

“Joseph Rogers was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Driving While Intoxicated. His bond was set at $100 out of County Court 3,” Constable Mark Herman said.
