…and then openly threatened a DEPUTY!
HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Tuesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 25000 block of Stone Mill Lane where suspect 26-year-old Aliah Kizzie allegedly struck a 57-year-old woman in the face with a closed fist, causing pain and visible injury.
While being arrested, Kizzie allegedly told the Deputy arresting her, that as soon as the handcuffs were removed, she would physically assault that Deputy.
“Aliah Kizzie was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault and Retaliation. Her total bond was set at $10,000 out of the 185th District Court and County Court 5,” Constable Mark Herman said.
