HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Monday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance in the 3200 block of Chapel Bend Dr., where arriving, they detained suspect Cynthia Malone.
Deputies’ investigation revealed the 52-year-old allegedly assaulted and strangled a victim at the location. Malone also had three open felony warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Injury to an Elderly Person, and Felony Theft.
“Cynthia Malone was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the felony warrants and charged with Assault and Assault Impeding Breath. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time,” Constable Mark Herman said.
