HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On April 14, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the V Spa Nail Salon located in the 100 block of Cypresswood Drive. Their investigation revealed a woman allegedly obtained nail services valued at $127 and then stated she needed to retrieve payment from her boyfriend, who was supposedly waiting in a vehicle outside. The woman entered the vehicle, but instead of returning, she allegedly fled without paying for services rendered. Further investigation revealed the suspect used a fictitious name to book the appointment.

Video surveillance captured the suspect and she is described as a Hispanic female with red hair wearing a black shirt.

“If you have any information regarding the identity of this suspect, you are urged to contact our dispatch or your local law enforcement,” Constable Mark Herman said.
