Cops Say She Tried to Trade Sexual Favors for Freedom

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a shoplifter report at the Ulta Beauty Store in the 19500 block of I-45. Upon Deputies arrived to learn a suspect allegedly concealed merchandise valued at over $186 and passed all points of sale without purchasing the concealed merchandise.

Deputies found and detained the suspect, Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo. They recovered and returned the merchandise to the business. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office was contacted and accepted charges for Theft. In transit to the Harris County Jail for booking, Santoyo allegedly attempted to bribe the male Pct. 4 Deputy by offering sexual acts and cash in exchange for allowing her to go free. As a result, Santoyo now faces an additional charge.

“Cheheiry Villalobos-Santoyo” was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft and Bribery. Her bond and court information have not been set at this time.” Constable Mark Herman said.
