HARRIS COUNTY, TX– Deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a driver for Driving While Intoxicated after responding to a traffic hazard on May 30.
Around the 26600 block of Hardy Toll Road, Deputies allegedly saw a vehicle posing a traffic danger. They made contact with the driver, identified as 29-year-old Aliyah Lambert, who they say exhibited multiple signs of intoxication.
Deputies administered a series of Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which confirmed their suspicion. Further testing revealed Lambert’s blood alcohol content measured 0.140—nearly twice the legal limit.
Lambert was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Her bond was set at $100 in County Court 14.
