Cops Say She was Hostile, Lied About her Identity, had Federal and Traffic Warrants

HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On September 22, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 14000 block of Winding Springs Drive in reference to a disturbance involving a suspected intoxicated female who was arrived at the complainant’s residence and refused to leave.

Deputies said they arrived to find the suspect aggressive toward them and provided a fake name and date of birth. After further investigation, she was positively identified as Carlita Jordan, who had an outstanding felony warrant out of the US Marshals Office for Dangerous Drugs and a traffic warrant out of Harris County.

“Carlita Jordan was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants and charged with Interfering with Public Duties. Her bond for the new charge was set at $100 out of County Court 10,” Constable Mark Herman said.
