SPRING, TX- On Saturday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office were responding to a stolen vehicle call in the 14400 block of Skygaze Street when a Deputy saw the vehicle. A female suspect in the vehicle also saw the Deputy, exited the vehicle and ran.
The Deputy gave chase and quickly apprehended the woman, 18-year-old Alexis Richard. Turns out, she already had an open warrant for Aggregate Theft. Richard was also allegedly in possession of the victim’s wallet.
“Alexis Richard was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Evading, Fraudulent Use of ID, and the warrant. She is awaiting bond out of the 180th District Court and County Court 13,” Constable Mark Herman said.
