SPRING, TX- On Saturday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle in the 16000 block of I-45. Deputies removed all three occupants and handcuffed them. The Deputies searched the vehicle and allegedly found a used crack pipe and crack cocaine just under the vehicle’s right rear door, where the driver, Darrell Moore was standing after he was removed from the vehicle.
“Darrell Moore was arrested, transported to the Harris County Jail, and charged with (first-degree felony) Possession of a Controlled Substance over 400 grams. His bond was set at $10,000 out of the 185th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman.
