HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On December 30, Deputies working the Holiday Patrol Initiative with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office saw a freshly stolen vehicle in the 16000 block of I-45 and initiated a traffic stop. The occupants were detained and identified as Kendrick Joseph, Desmond Pacheco, Delvion Raleigh and Bernadette Kanneh.
Further investigation revealed they were in possession of numerous stolen guns, 3.86 grams of Cocaine, Xanax, Anabolic Steroids and over 2 ounces of marijuana. They were also in possession of instruments used to steal vehicles.
“They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. Kendrick Joseph was charged with Auto theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Felon in Possession of a Firearm. His total bond was set at $15,000. Desmond Pacheco was charged with Auto Theft and received a $5,000 bond and was out on a $100 bond for Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. Delvion Raleigh was found to have an open misdemeanor Theft warrant and Bernadette Kanneh was found to have an open felony Aggravated Assault warrant,” Constable Mark Herman said.
