HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Wednesday, a Deputy with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to a disturbance call in the 8300 block of Debbie Gay Drive. Upon arrival, Deputies detained and identified the suspect as 36-year-old David Cherry, who allegedly assaulted an elderly man at that location.
“David Cherry was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to an Elderly Person (a first-degree felony). His bond was set at $15,000 out of the 177th District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
