HARRIS COUNTY, TX- On Sunday, Deputies with Pct. 4 Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 5800 block of Cypresswik Circle in reference to a disturbance.
Upon deputies arriving, investigation revealed that during a verbal altercation, 33-year-old Jonathan Robinson, bit a 13-year-old juvenile, causing pain and visible injury.
“Jonathan Robinson was arrested and booked into Harris County Jail, charged with Injury to a Child. his bond was set at $2,500 out of the 183rd District Court,” Constable Mark Herman said.
