Monday night Montgomery County Sheriff’s Deputies and Precinct 4 Constables responded to a disturbance call at 16767 FM 1485 between Fire Tower and SH 242.
That led Precinct 4 Constables and the United States Secret Service back to the location on Tuesday with a warrant in hand. Robert Wayne Davis, 46, who resides at that location was arrested in 2010 for counterfeit money. He was was out on bond when they recovered additional counterfeit $20 bills on Tuesday. He was arrested and placed in the Montgomery County Jail with No Bond.
