An accident just after 8pm on SH105 West near April Point has westbound 105 traffic down to one lane and traffic backup is heavy.
Lifeflight has transported one male from the scene. Another female was transported in stable condition to Conroe Regional. It appears the vehicle rear ended a tanker truck.
The investigation is on going , details as soon as available.
